Will and Squill have been friends ever since they were both tiny. Neither of their mums is happy about it.
Dirty little squirrel, says Will’s mum.

But Will and Squill understand one another, and they have great fun together. Then Will gets a kitten, and Squill gets jealous and they quarrel. But the kitten spends too much time sleeping, and Will misses Squill. He wants his old friend back.
